I the student or parent/guardian accept and understand the risk of studying Karate and hereby releases all instructors of Brian Mackie’s Karate and all other students of the Brian Mackie’s Karate from all liabilities for any type of injuries or loss sustained while training, .studying, practicing, or in the application of Karate. The undersigned student or parent/guardian of states that the participant is in good physical condition and knows of no reason why they cannot participate in Karate. Further gives permission to use any photos, pictures, marketing materials to promote Brian Mackie's Karate free of charge, with no promise, representation or expectation of compensation. I understand that training for Juniors continues during School Holidays in a reduced format in combined classes except for Christmas and New Years week when closed. Membership Fees are calculated to allow for Public Holidays and all other closures.
